Experience That Sees the Whole Practice

After nearly three decades working inside dental practices, I’ve experienced firsthand how every part of a practice affects the next. Leadership, communication, scheduling, systems, team dynamics, patient experience and financial health don’t operate independently—they work together.

I’ve spent my career in the day-to-day realities of practice management: leading teams, solving problems, improving systems, supporting patients and helping practices move forward. That experience taught me to look beyond the obvious issue and understand what may really be getting in the way.

Today, I bring that perspective to Precision Practice Consulting—helping practice owners’ step outside the demands of the day-to-day, see their practice more clearly, and identify practical opportunities for meaningful improvement.

Every practice has its own people, personality, challenges and goals. That’s why I believe the first step is to understand what is actually happening inside the practice—not walk in with assumptions.

I take the time to observe how the practice operates day to day, from communication and workflow to leadership, team dynamics and the patient experience. Together, we identify what is working, uncover what may be creating obstacles, and determine where change can make the greatest difference.

From there, we focus on practical solutions that fit the practice and the people who make it work.
